A coach has activating discussions, assesses a client’s current mindset, and holds space. A coach meets you where you are and discusses where you would like to move forward. This is a non-clinical space designed to support your personal growth.

Microdosing refers to taking very small, sub-perceptual amounts of a substance—typically not enough to create a full psychedelic experience.
In a supportive and intentional context, some people use microdosing to explore shifts in mood, awareness, and creativity. My role is not to guide or prescribe substances, but to support you in staying grounded, aware, and intentional in your experience.

Integration is the process of making sense of and working with what comes up after a psychedelic experience.
After a journey, you may have insights, emotions, or realizations that can feel powerful—but also confusing or hard to apply to everyday life. Integration is where we slow down, reflect, and gently explore what surfaced so it can be understood and embodied in a grounded, supportive way.
This can look like processing emotions, identifying patterns, and finding small, meaningful ways to carry your insights forward.
Integration helps ensure that your experience doesn’t just stay as a moment—but becomes something that truly supports lasting change.

Psychedelic sitting is the practice of having a calm, grounded, and trusted person present during an experience.
As a sitter, I provide a safe and supportive container so you can fully relax into your journey. I remain present, attentive, and non-intrusive—offering reassurance if needed, while allowing your process to unfold naturally.

Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to help the body relax and shift into a more balanced state.
These sessions can support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and create space for emotional release and clarity. Many people experience deep relaxation, similar to meditation, where the body can rest and reset.

Working with me is less about being guided—and more about being deeply met.
I create a grounded, intentional space where your body can soften, your mind can quiet, and your inner awareness can come forward. My role is to hold the container—so you can safely explore, release, and reconnect with your own clarity and truth.
This work is intuitive, present, and deeply attuned. You’re not being pushed or fixed—you’re being supported in remembering, integrating, and trusting yourself on a deeper level.
Many people leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—like something within them has shifted, even if they can’t fully explain how.
